Carin Wester

The Carin Wester label was launched in 2003 and is known for its androgynous shapes and urban, playful expressions. Today, the collection consists of a female line (‘Carin Wester’) and a male line (‘Wester’). The collections are sold in 15 countries, and in 2011 Carin Wester launched a collaborative collection with Urban Outfitters.  Ms. Wester graduated from Beckman's School of Design in 1998 and thereafter worked as a designer for the brand Paul & Friends. During eight seasons, she designed the brand’s women’s line, after which she started her own brand.  In August 2009 she won the prestigious prize "Guldknappen" from the Swedish magazine Damernas Värld.  Carin Wester’s collaboration with modinåkerlind commenced in 2011.
